Last month we set up our first student council in Killymard. Pupils from 3rd to 6th classes were invited to nominate themselves to represent their classrooms. They ran a great campaign with a huge variety of speeches and posters.
We held an election in the GP room and each pupil in the senior classes got to vote. One boy and one girl from each room were elected. They will also represent one of the Junior rooms.
